Scott's mom and step dad came into town this weekend. It was a short visit but much needed. We've missed family so much lately. They asked me to take some pictures of them with the girls, and I wanted to post a few of my favorite. Can I just say that my mother-in-law is beautiful? Because she is.

I love the above one of Bailey. She looks like such a big girl.

Also, I'm going to take a short break from blogging. I figured I'd let those of you know who check this often, so you won't have to check it for awhile. I'm going to be busy in the month of June, but I plan to blog again in July. For my last post (for awhile), I wanted to write about the things that make me happy. I feel like I've been a little negative about my kids on my blog, and I apologize if it's felt that way to you as well. It does feel good to write it down, but if I'm having a frustrating day, I probably shouldn't blog about it. It makes me look like I'm unhappy with my girls. There are just so many things that make being a mother so worth it, and here are a few pictures and videos to prove it.

In the above picture, Hannah is sleeping in her bed in our bedroom so Grandma and Grandpa could have her bedroom. I came in to see that her scriptures were opened to the picture of Jesus (as you can see on the table in the background behind the water bottle). She later told me that the picture of Jesus helps her to not have bad dreams. Then tonight the power went out. She was trying to go to bed but was worried because she usually sleeps with her lamp on. Scott told her to say a prayer that the lights would go back on so she could sleep. She said one, and five minutes later the lights came back on. She started crying, so happy that Heavenly Father had helped her. I felt an overwhelming love for her and for Heavenly Father at that moment.

Next, there's the precious moment of her reading to her sisters. These girls LOVE this book, and Hannah loves to read it to them.

And then there's the precious moment of Hannah putting toys all over Bailey, until she can barely see anything. Bailey didn't mind, and it made me laugh. Definitely picture worthy.

And then there's this precious moment that happens every time we put the girls in the same bed.

Brynn doesn't take a binky, but she always steals Bailey's, and it always seems to make me laugh!

And finally, there's this little adorableness. I love my kids so much!

Thank you all for a wonderful weekend, and your kind words Maran! We had such a great time being with all of you, and I didn't think it was possible, but I fell in love with the 3 girls even more...they are the joy of my life. I will cherish our pictures...your mom is right, they will be framed and put out for all to see. I am one lucky mom and grandma...I am grateful to have been so blessed by all of you!
