I thought that I would take a minute to show a picture of Maran's belly. Hannah is moving around quite a bit now, and I can feel her as well. She likes to move around late at night though, which makes Mom uncomfortable.Nothing new really to report. We had a scare last week when Maran blacked out. I guess the baby was cutting off the blood flow. She is getting a spanking for sure now. Hawai'i though, is just a few short weeks away!

Last night I also felt Hannah moving around. She doesn't even weigh 1 pound yet, and the nurse said that it might be a few more weeks until I can feel her, but Maran let me feel her tummy last night, and sure enough, little Hannah was moving around, and I felt it. Very cool. It makes Mommy uncomfortable some times, so I have a little spanking waiting for her when she gets out. :)
That was the exciting and cool news. We won't have another appointment until after our trip to
A final note, if anyone wanted to leave a comment and couldn't, I have fixed that, and I apologize. We would love to read your comments, so please leave them.

I don't think that anyone reads this yet, but I will continue to write. Here is today's topic, even though no one will care. Yesterday the Maloofs and Rick Adelman parted ways. I have a love-hate relationship with the man, but why fire him now? He did an outstanding job. The Kings, who were at one time EIGHT games below .500, made the playoffs. Not only did he make the playoffs, he did it without Webber, Divac, Doug Christie, and Bobby Jackson. Not only did he do that, but he took the number 1 Spurs, with a franchise best 63 wins, to six games. Artest said that if Adelman came back, he would play for free next year. Being a Kings fan will never be easy. Who's next? Don Nelson? He teaches defense as well as Adelman did, so why dump Adelman? Oh well, that is my rant for the day. Thanks coach!

It has been a fun filled weekend for the two of us. On Friday, along with Donna, Kerrie, Hollie, and Allie, we went to find out the gender of our baby. The technician seemed a little ornery, but the good news was that we were told that we are having a girl!! Being spoiled by little Allie and Sienna, a girl was kind of what we both wanted, just because they are so cute. I am hoping by the time they get older, something will be invented to just skip past the high school years, because if she looks anything like her mom, the boys will be all over her.
We have an appointment on the 19th for another ultrasound, where hopefully we can get some more pictures. On Friday the baby was just laying there, but Maran was told to drink some juice before this next appointment to get the baby moving a little bit.
We did have some sad news though. On Saturday night, after enjoying a great day at Jarin's graduation and being with family, the Kings lost for the last time this season. They had a great run, and all I can do now is look forward to next year.

Welcome. Maran and I have been using myspace for the past little while (www.myspace.com/scottandmaran) but we decided that we would try something new. This is an exciting time in our lives right now, and we want to share with everyone. Tomorrow we go to find out if we are having a boy or a girl, school is over, and the Kings are still in the playoffs. Now if we could just get jobs being paid to sleep on new mattresses all day, life would be perfect. I hope that we will update this often, and since Maran will be done with work later this summer, she should hopefully have some time to post. We are excited to post some pictures that we will take with our new camera as well. Stay tuned for more. Go Kings!
